Ingredients: 🥛
Please note that all our products may contain, or come into contact with gluten, eggs, milk, or sometimes with peanuts, sesame, soybeans and tree nuts. Please confirm with us if you have any food allergies before purchasing.
Order: 🖊️
- Please place your order at least 5 days in advance, we will still endeavour to accept urgent orders depending on our availability, however, additional charges may apply.
- Please note that all of our products are handmade. Therefore, there can be slight variations between the final products and the reference photos shown on our website. If you would like to change some of the elements (i.e. flavours, sweetness, designs, toppings, types of fruits etc.), please inform us ASAP.
- By placing your order and completing the payment, you agree with our terms and conditions.
Cake Toppers: 🎂
We use cake toppers imported from a Hong Kong shop named “Youmeplusplus”. Each topper costs £2. There are various styles of English and Chinese fonts and they will be randomly selected.
Unforeseen circumstances❓
If we have to cancel your booking due to illness, other unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded within 7 days to your designated bank account. In case of bad weather, customers have to reschedule the pick up date within 2 days, we do not accept cancellation of refund due to bad weather.
Publication: 📷
Please note that we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion purposes at a later time without your permission. However, we guarantee that any names written will not appear on any social media platforms.
Payment: 💰
- Full payment is required to secure your order.
- We accept both bank transfers and card payments.
- No cancellation or refund would be made once the order is confirmed.
Collections: 🤝
- To keep your cake fresh, delicious and safe to eat, please bring an appropriate size thermal cooler bag upon collection. Please keep the cake out of direct sunlight and put it back into the refrigerator within 1 hour.
- We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
Storage: 🧊
- Cream cakes should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. However, we highly recommend you consume them within 24 hours.

Delivery: 🚚
- Delivery can be an additional charge added to orders depending on the location. Please contact us for more details.
- Please note that not all products can be sent by post, check carefully on our product details. If you are not sure, please send us a message. We are always happy to help:)
- Please note that only products with a delivery van logo on right top corner can arrange delivery service.
