About Us
APC stands for Angry Piggy Chefs, the two adorable little rag dolls that accompanied a Hong Kong girl for many years!! Especially “Angry Angry” who has beautiful blonde short hair and feathery angel wings. The master of “Angry Angry” loves her so much that she has to hug her every night 🙂
This Hong Kong girl developed a keen interest in Food and Nutrition and continued her undergraduate studies in this area. Nutritionists are quite disciplined in the normal diets and lifestyles. Nevertheless, sometimes they do cheat meals especially on scrumptious desserts with lower sugar contents.
To level up to a more sophisticated skills in desserts preparation, she took a course at Le Cordon Bleu in London. She aims to bake “HEALTHIER” cakes with the best ingredients for her customers. Angry and Piggy are two of them!!

Apckitchen was awarded a Level 2 standard in Food Safety and Hygiene by RSPH. We try our very best to ensure all products we produce are safe to eat by keeping food in correct temperature and good condition, mastering “Clean As You Go” policy and segregating allergen containing substances as well as providing allergen information.
